I read recently that the creator of the statue at the end of The Long Walk, ‘The Copper Horse’, did not, in fact, commit suicide????
I read this on a very reputable forum site, in fact.
I shall be looking into this!!! Mind you, whatever happened to the poor chap, it was all over nothing - who really looks at the statue and thinks about the stirrups!
