The fact that the site has NO parking for any vehicles and the plans are relying on every single customer arriving on foot, bike or public transport does seem particularly away with the fairies! We wait to see how the Government see this idea, but knowing how mad their decisions can be I can only hope on this occasion they see through the planners madness!
